Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator / Woodshop Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will program and operate a CNC to produce high-quality wood, pvc and metal components. In addition you will assist in every aspect of our woodshop and paint booth working on multiple projects at a time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative fabrication projects in our fast-paced sign and display shop.
Responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate our CNC.
- Interpret designs and drawings to determine machining requirements.
- Conduct tooling setup, calibration, and adjustments to optimize machining processes for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards, best practices and manufacturing principles.
- Troubleshoot machining issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow.
- Apprentice in the woodshop learning all of the machinery over time.
- Master use of the paint booth.
- Assist with installation of signs and displays.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing or woodshop environment prefered.
- Woodworking background prefered.
- Mechanical knowledge related to woodworking processes, tooling selection, and geometry considerations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
