Established company in Anchorville, Lenasia (South of Johannesburg) seeks an experienced machinist who is able to join our team to satisfy the long and short- term objectives of the company
Qualifications:
CNC Turning- operate, setting and programming.
3 Axis CNC milling – operate setting and programming (4th Axis an advantage)
5 Axis CNC milling- operate, setting and programming.
Sound programming software experience. (certification an advantage)
Sound understanding/reading of technical drawings.
Background on various manual type machines. (Advantage)
Red Seal certificate (required)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and tool room experience
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work flexible hours.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work with a team.
Drivers license a requirement.

Must be able to keep tight tolerances
Must be able to work under pressure and be a team player
Must be production orientated
Fitter, Turner & Hydraulic Cylinder background will be an advantage. Must be confident and experienced
Must have traceable track in the same field
Must be advanced and confident
Must be able to program and run own machine. Must have traceable track record
Applicant must be able to work fast.
Applicant will be tested.
This is not an entry level, but advanced Position. Qualified Trade certificate, as a Fitter & Turner, with Red Seal
