CNC Horizontal Mill Operator Jobs in Canton, OH at Confidential
Reputable, long standing, machine shop in Canton, OH, looking for a CNC Horizontal Mill Operator. Candidate must have at least 2+ years experience running CNC Horizontal Mills, would prefer 5+ years. Shift would be 7am-3pm, five days a week with overtime available. Great company with solid benefits in a comfortable work atmosphere.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a machine operator
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
- Understanding of production procedures
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
