What do you need to succeed as a Cluster Manager?
Previous experience in a managerial capacity or actively pursuing advancement in this direction
Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions
A strategic thinker capable of devising and executing impactful sales strategies
What does the Cluster Manager role involve?
You will take a commercial approach, serving as an advocate for driving and reviewing KPI performance while implementing essential actions as needed
You will foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that our customers remain the focal point of our goals
You’ll provide strong leadership to your team, driving engagement and promoting a high-performance culture amongst your colleagues
You will oversee the development, lead, empower, and motivate Merchant Branch Managers, recognising individual accomplishments and contributing to an encouraging environment
You will ensure locations always have adequate staffing, which may include supporting the day-to-day store in Merchant Branch Manager absence
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am until 12:00pm
(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked)
