Our Club Holidays team is looking for an experienced Holiday Packages Wholesale Consultant to join the team!
In this role, you will employ techniques and tools to achieve and exceed sales targets for Club Holiday’s products while helping travel agents book their clients travel requirements.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Travel Agents telephonically and/or via e-mail with enquiries and queries.
Attend to all queries within speedy response times
Ascertain client’s needs and advise suitable products and services.
Liaise with service providers to provide clients with the most suitable Club Holiday products.
Process clients’ bookings paying close attention to any special requirements.
Ensure that the client has been informed of the terms and conditions of the product before payment is
finalised.
Ensure all necessary documentation is issued within the allocated time.
Requirements
Min qualification of Matric/NQF4 or equivalent
National Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
Minimum 5 years of travel consulting experience
GDS (preferably Amadeus) and international fares knowledge
Strong geography, destination, product, and dynamic packaging
knowledge
Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills
Team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about travel and people
Computer literate with MS Office or G-Suite
