Job Summary
The Clinical Manager will oversee the clinical aspects of One to One Africa’s clinical programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The role involves providing clinical leadership, supporting program implementation, supervising healthcare staff, and ensuring compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide clinical oversight and technical leadership for all healthcare-related programs.
· Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines in alignment with best practices.
· Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including nurses, community health workers, program coordinators and supervisors.
· Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
· Monitor and evaluate healthcare service delivery to ensure quality and effectiveness.
· Support training and capacity-building initiatives for healthcare providers.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, including government health departments, donors, and partner organizations.
· Lead clinical research and data analysis to inform program improvements.
· Contribute to grant applications, reports, and funding proposals related to healthcare services.
Qualifications and Experience
· A degree in Professional nurse or Public Health
· Registration with the relevant Health Professions Council.
· At least 8 years of clinical experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
