Full-time | R25,000 – R30,000/month | UK hours (9am–5pm)

About Us

We’re a certified B Corp based in the UK, specialising in eco-friendly promotional merchandise. Our products include seed paper, wildflower seed bombs, and grow-your-own kits – all designed to help businesses promote themselves sustainably.

We work primarily with promotional merchandise distributors across the UK and supply products to both local businesses and global brands.

We’re a small, fast-moving team that values clear communication, high standards, and doing things properly. Everyone pulls their weight, supports each other and takes pride in their work.

The Role

This is a full-time, long-term role supporting the day-to-day running of the business.

It’s a mix of client support and administrative coordination. Around 60% of your time will be spent managing incoming orders, replying to emails, answering phone calls, and handling client queries. The rest of your time will be spent supporting the Sales Director with various admin and coordination tasks.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients and will work closely with both our UK warehouse team and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly.

The role suits someone who is organised, detail-driven and happy to take ownership. Much of the work is repetitive and focused, so it’s important you’re someone who thrives on structure and consistency. Over time, there is scope to take on more responsibility and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Order Support

Manage and process incoming orders using internal systems

Monitor the shared inbox and respond to emails clearly and professionally

Speak with clients on the phone to provide updates and resolve general queries

Deliver a high standard of customer service across all communication

Admin & Coordination

Work with our UK warehouse team to prioritise and track production

Keep pricing and product data accurate and up to date

Support basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g. uploading receipts)

Help send out samples and assist with CRM and campaign admin

What We’re Looking For

4+ years in admin, client service or operational support

2+ years working with UK-based clients

Excellent written and spoken English

Confident and professional on the phone

Very high attention to detail and strong common sense

Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Google Drive, Outlook, RingCentral, and internal business systems

A reliable home working setup, including fast internet and an inverter

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and focused daily workflows

Looking for a long-term, full-time role with no side jobs or freelance work

Pay & Benefits

R25,000 – R30,000/month depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time (adjusts slightly during daylight savings)
