Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to manage member engagement, onboarding, and data submission. This role balances relationship-building and strategic process management to maintain high member satisfaction. Our client fosters a positive environment and encourages professional growth as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee member onboarding to ensure platform access and a "Community First" experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member troubleshooting and support.
  • Conduct accounts receivable (AR) audits to review credit exposure and outstanding balances.
  • Identify membership upgrade opportunities and communicate the value of premium tiers.
  • Submit eligible unpaid receivables as claims to collections when applicable.
  • Maintain a consistent meeting cadence with members to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Log all activity and notes in the CRM to keep the pipeline accurate.
  • Train members across departments on how to use platform tools effectively.
  • Create and update training materials to help systematize member engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support.
  • Ability to discuss financial concepts like AR, credit terms, and collections comfortably.
  • Strong communication skills via email, phone, and video.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus; a willingness to learn is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software.
  • Exceptional personal character and professional conduct.
