Role Overview:

The Client Services Specialist will play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience by supporting the onboarding of new clients, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements, and providing day-to-day support to our existing clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and interested in financial markets, particularly share trading.

 

You will work closely with the compliance, operations, and trading teams, supporting both the onboarding process and ongoing client service initiatives to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the client onboarding process, ensuring all KYC and compliance documentation is collected and verified accurately.

Serve as a point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout their engagement with Velocity Trade.

Respond promptly to client inquiries via ticketing and call management systems, ensuring effective and professional communication.

Work closely with brokers and internal teams to facilitate smooth transaction processing for clients.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, onboarding progress, and compliance checks.

Support the compliance team by flagging potential issues and assisting with AML monitoring where necessary.

Contribute to improving client satisfaction by proactively identifying service issues and recommending solutions.

Stay informed about financial markets and share trading to provide relevant support to clients.

Assist in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving client service processes and onboarding efficiency.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience with KYC and client onboarding processes, preferably in financial services.

Familiarity with financial markets and share trading is highly desirable.

Proficiency in using ticketing systems and call management tools.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-first attitude.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

RE5 qualification is advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
