Compensation: ZAR 20,000 – ZAR 37,000 per month
The Role
Our client is looking for a Client Services & Data Entry Manager to oversee two critical functions: client onboarding and data entry.
You will lead both teams, take ownership of how the work gets done, and be a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach and develop the team while also being willing to get involved in the day-to-day work, particularly during the first few months.
What You’ll DoClient Onboarding
- Own the client onboarding process from start to finish, from initial paperwork through to getting new clients fully set up and submitting their first accounts.
- Ensure onboarding is smooth, organised, accurate and completed within the required timeframes.
Client Services
- Act as a key point of contact for clients.
- Respond to client questions and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries and standards.
- Handle challenging conversations professionally when expectations or processes need to be reinforced.
Data Entry
- Lead the data entry team responsible for entering new accounts into the client’s platform.
- Ensure information is accurate, complete and processed according to the required standards.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
Compliance
- Oversee the processes and standards required to ensure compliance.
- Exercise sound judgement when determining whether accounts can be reported and who can be held responsible for a debt.
- Apply procedures consistently and ensure the team understands and follows the relevant requirements.
Team Leadership
- Manage, schedule and develop two small teams.
- Set clear expectations and performance standards.
- Coach team members to improve accuracy, productivity and quality.
- Maintain clear written procedures so that new team members can be effectively trained and onboarded.
- Create an environment where the team can operate independently while maintaining high standards.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous debt-collection experience, as the client will provide training on the industry and relevant systems. What matters most is your ability to lead, use good judgement and maintain high standards.

Home-Office Requirements
As this is a fully remote position, candidates must have a reliable home working environment, including:
- Own computer: A reliable working PC or computer.
- Internet: Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload.
- Backup power: A reliable backup power source to ensure you can remain online during power outages.
Nice to Have – Not Required
- Experience in debt collection, credit reporting or another regulated back-office environment.
- Familiarity with collections or property-management platforms.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first six to twelve months, you will have:
- Taken full ownership of the client onboarding and data entry functions.
- Successfully onboarded new clients and ensured they go live smoothly.
- Maintained accurate and compliant data.
- Developed clear processes and standards for the teams.
- Built a team that consistently performs to the required standard without needing to be constantly followed up with.
- Created an efficient and well-structured operation that supports both clients and internal stakeholders.
