Job Overview
We’re looking for two proactive, empathetic, and fast-thinking Client Services Consultants to join a UK-based organisation supporting vulnerable individuals across residential care projects. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for service-related issues, handling real-time calls from staff, authorities, and partners. Whether you’re resolving urgent queries or escalating sensitive incidents, your role will help ensure essential care operations run smoothly and compassionately, around the clock.
These are fully remote positions based in South Africa, operating during UK hours (Monday to Friday). One consultant will cover day shifts, and the other night shifts, providing seamless 24/7 support.
Requirements
Respond promptly to incoming service calls from care staff, local authorities, and external partners.
Log and manage incident reports, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups.
Follow call protocols and use AI-powered support tools to assist with enquiries.
Escalate sensitive or complex matters to internal teams where appropriate.
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems to support full service visibility.
Communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism at all times.
Deliver reliable shift coverage independently, whether during the day or night.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, or support roles (ideally within care, community services, or healthcare).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and think clearly during high-stress calls.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms or digital support tools.
Laptop and uncapped high-speed internet connection are essential.
Comfortable working UK hours, including either day or night shifts (to be discussed).
