To provide the customers with excellent service by ensuring that they are served promptly, understanding their needs and processing their requests.
Dear Future Client Service Representative Administrator,
Moto Vantage, formed through a partnership between First Rand Group and The Hollard Insurance Company, brings youinnovativevehicle insurance products at competitive prices as add-ons to any finance agreement.
Are You Someone Who Can
Handle Client Queries.
Take telephonic calls totaling 100 p/d.
Process Documents and Administration.
Effectively handle queries professionally.
Liaise with the general public, corporate & internal staff.
Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephonecommunication.
Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
Effectively deal with job stress and irate customers.
Handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
Perform other Adhoc duties.
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You
Have Matric.
Possess Call Centre courses/certificates (advantageous).
Are Fully Computer Literate.
Have 3 – 5 Years Call Centre Experience (mandatory).
Have knowledge of the Motor Industry (advantageous).
Have previous administrative experience in a similar position (advantageous).
