Client Service Consultant position available with WeBridge. We are looking for a Client Service Consultant to service our clients at our offices. Do you enjoy working with people? When you read something, do you notice all the spelling errors? Do you have an interest in maths and finance? Then this role is for you! Being detail-oriented in our company is critical as we work with numbers and provide clients with financial solutions.
We have an opening for a permanent position either in Clubview, Centurion or in George, Western Cape.
Skills / Requirements:
Minimum:
Fully conversant in English and Afrikaans.
Minimum:
Matric Diploma / Certificate with Maths.
Minimum: 3 years’ work experience.
Nice to have:
Finance or Accounting qualification.
Microsoft Suite knowledge – Excel / Word / Outlook.
Detail-oriented and organized – VERY IMPORTANT!
Must be able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills and friendly over the phone.
Punctual and neat – office hours are strictly adhered to.
Able to work and commute to the office – this is not a remote work opportunity.
Summary of
Duties
:
Explain our products to prospective clients and answer their questions.
Populate client template contracts and review client contracts for accuracy.
General office administration duties and answering the phones.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Working Hours:
Mondays – Thursdays: 08:00 to 17:00
Fridays: 08:00 to 16:00
Remuneration:
Based on experience and skills, range R 8k – R 18k.
