Position: Client Relationship Manager (BD)
Anexcitingopportunity has arisen for aClient RelationshipManager (CIB) to join adynamicteam within the CIB Department. This role is based in Johannesburg and offers the chance to develop and maintain relationships with adiverseportfolio of clients, while also expanding this client base through tailored marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to achieving quarterly and annual targets, demonstrating their excellent skills.
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients on allocated portfolio.
Acquire new Corporate customers according to the bank’s credit risk appetite.
Expand allocated client base through marketing of both assets and liabilities with tailored solutions.
Source and market new potential clients.
Assist in obtaining quarterly and annual targets.
Ensure accurate completion of work with goodcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
What you bring:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields from one of South Africa’s top universities.
Registered FAIS Representative status.
Minimum 3 years Corporate Banking experience in the local market.
Knowledge of AML, FICA, Company’s Act, Banks Act, as well as any other high-risk legislations affecting the banking environment.
Ability to analyse and evaluate company financial statements.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to analyse and assess risk.
