About the Role:
We’re seeking ambitious and articulate recent finance graduates to join our clients team as Junior Relationship Managers. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality support and service.
Manage client queries efficiently and professionally via email, phone, and video calls.
Understand client needs and offer relevant insights or solutions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Maintain accurate records and report on client activity and satisfaction.
Requirements:
A completed finance-related degree with an average of 80% or above. Transcripts will need to be provided.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills—clear, confident, and professional.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-ready demeanour.
Tech-savvy with a good grasp of digital tools and platforms.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Previous customer-facing or client service experience (even part-time or internships) is a bonus.
