About the role
We’re looking for a Client Project Coordinator to support our senior project managers with daily tasks and manage smaller client accounts. If you’re someone who’s eager to learn, loves staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board. This role will give you the chance to work closely with clients and help manage key aspects of their projects.
✨ Manage tasks in our Asana system, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks
✨ Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana
✨ Assist with client meeting preparations
✨ Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, with core working hours of midday-8 pm CET.
About you
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 2+ years experience in project coordination or project management roles
✅ Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
✅ Strong organizational skills
✅ Experience with task management on Asana
✅ Quick learner, eager to be coached
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks each day without feeling overwhelmed
Brownie points for:
⭐ Strong communication skills (both oral and written), especially for task management
⭐ Experience with email marketing and social media
You are someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves to take on new challenges. You’re comfortable managing tasks, asking questions when you’re unsure, and keeping clients happy. You thrive on feedback, and you’re always looking for ways to improve.

Salary: $1800 – $2000 per month*
Full-time role, fully remote
Paid time off and all US holidays off
Half-day Fridays (work until 1 pm CST)
