Are you a hands-on Operations /Site /Key Accounts Manager who thrives in fast-paced, labour-intensive environments?

We're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong operational, industrial relations, and client management background to oversee workforce operations across multiple client sites.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Management or related field (NQF 6/7 advantageous)
  • 3-5 years' Operations managment experience within the ff industries :
  • Manufacturing,Production,Petrochemical,Wharehousing
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Relations and disciplinary processes
  • Experience engaging with unions, shop stewards and bargaining councils
  • Proven ability to manage at least 3-5 client portfolios
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability and cost controls
  • Experience chairing disciplinary hearings and preparing CCMA documentation

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure client sites are fully staffed according to contractual requirements
  • Manage workforce attendance, performance and productivity
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, PPE distribution and IOD reporting
  • Monitor site costs, operational efficiencies and service delivery standards
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to operational deadlines

Employee & Labour Relations

  • Lead disciplinary investigations and hearings
  • Maintain constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives
  • Prepare and support CCMA matters
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, bargaining council agreements and company policies
  • Identify and proactively manage labour risks

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
  • Deliver monthly operational and performance dashboards
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Manage operational budgets and contract profitability
  • Analyse financial performance and operational statistics
  • Assist with annual client increases, costings and contract reviews
  • Support invoicing, debtors management and revenue protection

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing operational teams
  • Drive a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement
  • Manage team performance, succession planning and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, SOPs and governance requirements
