Location: Kempton Park
We are looking for a candidate that is willing to take on any challenge that comes on their path. Someone that is goal driving and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to relevant stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and facilitate the transition process.
Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure retention and growth.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of client engagements.
Requirements
Client liaison experience (preferably one year)
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying client needs and preferences.
Understanding of sales techniques and strategies is a plus.
Work Hours
Monday
– Friday: 08:00-17:00
