Role Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to build within a structured, growth-focused environment.

This is a remote role around Client Engagement & Market Development – in an autonomous and professional capacity. The role involves forging and maintaining meaningful relationships with both new customers and clients, ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving and delivering outstanding customer service. You would contribute to market development initiatives, aligning with the organization's mission of supporting personal growth and leadership education.   • Market Engagement & Outreach
  • Build professional connections and awareness of our programmes
  • Use established systems and digital tools to support outreach activity
  • Guide individuals as they begin and progress through structured programmes
  • Provide ongoing communication and support
  • Participate in regular training to strengthen professional capability

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Background in business, education, consulting, training, or related fields
  • Strong communication, engagement and relationship-building skills
  • A strong interest in personal growth, mindset, and leadership
  • Experience in market growth and development
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and systems
  • Organised, self-directed, and professional in approach
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and flexible environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
