Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cape Town with some work-from-home flexibility for a Client Engagement Executive. The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The role includes daily communication with clients to address their needs, providing consulting services, and developing strategies to enhance client relationships. The individual will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
Experience in Account Management and Sales
Consulting skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
