Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Registry Supervisor, the incumbent carries out clerical duties related to circulation and dispatch of mail, correspondence and operating filling systems. He/She is charged with the performance of the following duties:
Main Duties
- Circulates mail in accordance with procedures and instructions.
- Receives, registers and files official correspondence as indicated by the action required.
- Dispatches outgoing mail correspondence as indicated by the action required.
- Opens both personal and subject files whenever the need occurs after consulting the Registry Supervisor.
- Responsible for timely file movement and circulation of files as needed by the Management staff.
- Maintains register of individual files for both officers in services and officers who have resigned, retired, and died.

- COSC/GCE.
