Position: CLEANERS / HOUSEKEEPERS – HOTEL
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all areas of the Academy, including kitchens, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Uphold strict hygiene standards, particularly within food preparation and training environments
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitise floors and surfaces regularly
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g. cleaning, peeling, and portioning ingredients)
- Support the setup and breakdown of classrooms, kitchens, and events
- Manage waste disposal and ensure recycling practices are followed
- Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and operational consumables
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries in line with Academy procedures
