Position Overview
As a Vacation Home Rental Cleaner (Employee / W-2), you will prepare homes between guest stays to our brand standards. This role offers consistent work, flexible scheduling, and access to a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed turnovers between guest reservations
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to hotel-level standards
- Make beds and launder/reset linens and towels as assigned
- Restock guest supplies per checklist
- Complete post-clean inspections and photo verification
- Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns promptly
- Follow all cleaning, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred (vacation rentals or hospitality a plus)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties required
- Must be available to work Sunday and Monday and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, stairs)
