In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of claims handlers and ensuring timely and accurate processing of insurance claims. You will also be involved in analysing claims data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve claims processes and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of motor insurance claims processes and regulations, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Insurance or/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in motor insurance claims handling
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Excellent knowledge of motor insurance claims processes and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality results
(RE5) is advantageous
Adhere to all FAISs fit and proper requirements
