We’re a rapidly growing New York-based insurance agency, helping clients navigate the complex world of claims with ease. As we continue to expand, we need a Claims Resolution Specialist to take ownership of the claims process, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth, timely resolutions. And the best part? This is a remote position—you can work from home!

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission!)

Own the Claims Process – Handle claims from start to finish, ensuring everything moves forward efficiently.

Problem-Solve Like a Pro – Remove roadblocks, navigate challenges, and push claims through to resolution.

Communicate with Confidence – Work directly with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams, ensuring clear, professional communication.

Keep Everything Organized – Track every transaction, update, and detail in Applied Epic to ensure accuracy.

Manage Multiple Claims – Stay on top of several claims at once, following up on unresolved issues and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Leverage Technology – Use Microsoft tools and Applied Epic to keep claims processing efficient and effective.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring to the Table

Claims Experience – Background in insurance claims (commercial lines or real estate is a plus, but all claims backgrounds are welcome!).

Strong Communicator – You know how to push claims forward, advocate for clients, and handle conversations with professionalism and discretion.

Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can juggle multiple claims at once without missing a thing.

Persistent & Proactive – When obstacles arise, you find solutions instead of getting discouraged.

Tech-Savvy

– Experience withMicrosoft tools is essential; Applied Epic experience is a plus!

Fluent English Skills – Strong verbal and written communication is a must.
