Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Claims Manager Insurance. The Claims Manager will be responsible for overseeing and processing insurance claims, managing a team of claims specialists, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include reviewing claim documentation, coordinating with clients and insurance providers, handling escalations, and ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions. Qualifications
Experience in Finance and Insurance
Proven expertise in Team Management
Strong Customer Service skills
English first language
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
