The Role

What You’ll Do

Claims Management

Review and process claims withprecisionand efficiency, ensuring all required actions are completed within set time frames.

Compliance Oversight

Identify and address compliance gaps, ensuring all policies are accurately documented and error-free.

Policy Review & Documentation

Analyze insurance policies to verify accuracy andregulatory compliance, making updates and corrections as needed.

Proactive & Reactive Workflow

Monitor claims dashboards and Excel tracking sheets daily, addressing urgent matters and proactively preventing potential issues.

Client Coordination

Maintain clear and professionalcommunicationwith stakeholders regarding claims status, missing documentation, and compliance requirements.

Data Organization

Keep detailed and accurate records using Excel, Outlook, Teams, and proprietary insurance software to ensure seamless data management.

Process Improvement

Suggest and contribute to the refinement of internal claims and compliance processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring To The Role

Experience:

A background in legal, compliance, paralegal, or insurance claims handling is preferred.

ExceptionalCommunication:
Strong written and verbal English skills are essential to maintaining professional and clearcommunication.

Detail-Oriented Mindset:
Precisionin reading and interpreting complex policies, contracts, and legal documents is critical.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and the ability to quickly adapt to insurance software.
