Full Job Description
We are a plumbing company based in Brackenfell and we mainly do work for insurance companies. We are currently looking to employ 1x claims handler to assist with:
– the loading of new claims
– managing current claims
– provide feedback to insurance companies.
– Updating of insurance websites.
– Making bookings and booking the plumbers out.
– Working hours 07:30 – 17:00
– Standby and weekend work as per the standby roster. (We pay a standby allowance for the week you work standby)
– Must have knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
– Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
– Must have good communication skills
– Must be professional, neat and organised
– Must stay close to the Brackenfell area
