Role Description The Claims and Insurance Assessor is a full-time, on-site role based in Centurion. This role is responsible for assessing and managing insurance-related claims linked to property developments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing claim submissions, verifying policy coverage, conducting investigations, and preparing detailed assessment reports. The Claims and Insurance Assessor will work closely with internal project teams, insurers, and other stakeholders to clarify claim information, negotiate outcomes where necessary, and support risk management processes. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date records, following company and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement in claims handling procedures.

- Proficiency in standard office software and claims management systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in insurance, finance, law, risk management, or a related field is advantageous.
