About Us:
At FluentPet, we’re all about giving pets a voice—literally. Using cognitive science and some seriously cool buttons, we help people communicate with their dogs, cats, and even bunnies. Our growing community is packed with curious, compassionate animal lovers who are teaching their pets to “talk,” and we want to make sure they have the best online space to learn, share, and grow together.
That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):
Community Wrangler
Be the friendly face (and fast typer) behind our Circle.so community platform.
Answer questions, spark conversations, and help members feel seen and supported.
Keep the space tidy, organized, and nice to look at—like Marie Kondo but for forums.
Event Vibes Coordinator
Host workshops, Q&As, and live sessions that make people go, “Omg I learned SO much.”
Set up events, send out invites, and post follow-ups so nothing gets lost in the sauce.
Work with marketing to make sure everything looks and sounds on point.
Conversation Curator
Keep discussions respectful, helpful, and aligned with our mission.
Handle conflicts with grace (and maybe a touch of sass when needed).
Gently remove anything that doesn’t belong (spam, mean vibes, etc.).
Group Organizer
Create member groups based on interests and experience.
Match people up with the right learning paths and resources.
Cheer them on like the world’s most encouraging camp counselor.
Pet Learning Sidekick
Help manage online classes about animal communication.
Coordinate with guest experts and ensure everything is easy to access and understand.
✍ Content Creator (Without Needing to Be a Graphic Designer)
Write helpful guides, FAQs, how-tos, and little nuggets of joy.
Keep everything aligned with our playful, science-y vibe.
Feedback Loop Ninja
Listen to our community’s suggestions and help us improve.
Document best practices and share ideas with the team to make everything smoother.
You’ll Fit Right In If You…
Have experience running online communities (bonus points if you’ve used Circle.so!).
Are super organized but don’t take yourself too seriously.
Can juggle spreadsheets, Slack messages, and Zoom calls without breaking a sweat.
Love animals and believe they’re way smarter than most people give them credit for.
Have decent design sense (we don’t expect Photoshop wizardry, don’t worry).
Know what Zapier does—or are excited to figure it out!
