We’re looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the future of travel technology. As a fast-growing SaaS development company serving the travel management industry, we are reshaping how organisations book, manage, and optimise their travel experiences. At the core of our growth is a proprietary tech platform built for scale, agility, and client value.
We need a technology leader who can drive innovation, scale our architecture, and guide a high-performing development team—all while aligning tech execution with commercial strategy.
A. The Role
As CTO, you will sit on the executive team and own our entire technology roadmap—from product strategy and platform development to security, scalability, and team leadership. You’ll play a crucial role in building a world-class B2B SaaS solution tailored to the evolving needs of corporate and institutional travel clients across Africa and beyond.
B. What You’ll Do
Lead the strategic evolution of our SaaS platform—architecture, infrastructure, and product roadmap.
Build, mentor, and manage a growing team of developers, engineers, and product specialists.
Drive innovation across data, AI integration, and user experience.
Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and ready for regional and global expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and client success teams to ensure tech is enabling growth.
Stay ahead of technology trends, travel industry shifts, and SaaS best practices.
C. What You Bring:
15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering or SaaS development, with 3+ years in a technology leadership role.
Proven track record in scaling SaaS platforms, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, APIs, and platform security.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work with both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
Passion for the travel and tourism industry is a strong advantage.
