The CTO will play a crucial role in leveraging advanced technologies, optimising data-driven decision-making and ensuring the security and scalability of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a tech road-map aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Oversee enterprise data warehousing and cloud architecture to support analytics.
Implement data governance to ensure security, compliance, and accessibility.
Drive AI and predictive analytics to support commercial and supply chain insights.
Manage ERP, CRM, and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Advance machine learning and predictive analytics for improved forecasting and sales optimization.
Align the technology strategy with executive leadership and business priorities.
Education:
Degree / Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science or related
Min 10 years of leadership experience in technology, data management, and digital transformation
Enterprise data warehousing and data governance structures
ERP, CRM and cloud-based digital infrastructure
Location: Parktown
