Position: Chief Operations Officer (COO) – FinTech CPT
Minimum Requirements:
Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification
A minimum of 5 years experience in Operations and Sales
Knowledge of Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry will be beneficial
Strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and key clients
Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to complex challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good grasp of mathematical concepts
A valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for MPS
Manage new business brought into the Company nationally
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel and assigned Clients
Identify Clients that may need special attention and action these operational criteria
Negotiate and close agreements with major customers
Reach and exceed targets as per the Division’s strategy
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Carry out research and identify new potential customers as well as new marketing opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with the Clients’ needs
Generate sales across regions including Cape Town, Durban, Gauteng, and Gqeberha
Achieve the overall Company sales objectives
Communicate and escalate challenges to the MD
