Position: Chief Operating Officer (S)
We are seeking an experienced and
dynamic
Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team and lead our company’s operational strategy and execution. The COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and supporting the achievement of our strategic objectives. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY .
Strategic Leadership
:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s
strategic vision
and goals. Provide strategic direction and guidance to department heads and managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and supply chain management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimization
:
Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing processes and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Financial Management:
Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage the company’s budget and financial plans. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.
Risk Management:
Assess and manage risks related to the company’s operations, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and reputation.

Team Development
:
Provide strong
leadership
and mentorship to department heads and managers. Foster a culture of
collaboration

throughout the organization. Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, investors, and regulatory agencies. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and public events. Technology and

Lead initiatives
to leverage technology and
innovation
to drive business growth and competitive advantage. Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and

throughout the organization. Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes. With
respect
to all operational matters, ensures effective communications.
EDUCATION
, LANGUAGE & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field;
MBA or advanced degree preferred. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 10 years of executive
leadership
experience in engineering and construction, with a
proven track record
of driving operational excellence and achieving results. Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced
,
dynamic environment
and lead teams through change. Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance. Strong
strategic planning
and decision-making skills.
