Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Business Strategy:Coordinate strategy development process for all product categories under the company brand to drive business growth.
Marketing Strategy Development:Coordinate marketing strategy development and implementation to ensure brand management activities align with sales strategy.
Stakeholder Management:Manage stakeholders to leverage relationships and partnerships for business growth.
Commercial Budgeting:Coordinate commercial budgeting process to ensure timely allocation of resources and efficiency inresource utilization.
Sales Pipeline Management:Monitor sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Customer Query Management:Manage customer queries to support revenue target achievement.
Marketing Plan Implementation:Monitor marketing plan implementation to ensure alignment with revenue guidelines.
ProcessCommunication:Communicate key changes in processes to ensure timely order delivery.
Supplier Life Journey Oversight:Provide oversight on supplier life journey from listing to delisting to support business objectives.
Business Strategy Development:Contribute to overall business strategy development as a member of the executive management team.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Commerce, or related field.
Experience:Over 8 years of business development experience atSenior Managementlevel in similar industry with demonstrated influence on business growth and profitability.
Skills:Sales strategy development, reporting, HACCP, customer service, relationship-building, team player,effective communication, interpersonal skills.
