Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification
- Proven CFO leadership experience with substantial exposure to capital raising, corporate finance, investments, private equity and/or structured finance environments (minimum 10 years’ experience)
- Experience engaging at executive and board level
- Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic capability
- Exposure to complex transactions, fundraising or growth‑focused businesses advantageous
