A leading Caribbean manufacturing and distribution group is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to relocate to Montego Bay, Jamaica and lead the finance function for a diversified regional business operating across multiple Caribbean markets.
Important – This is a permanent, full-time executive position based in Jamaica. Relocation support and housing assistance are available for international candidates. While this role may appear in remote searches for advertising reach, the successful candidate will be expected to live and work full-time in the Caribbean

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the business, driving financial performance, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring robust governance across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be both a strategic business partner and a hands-on financial leader, capable of operating at board level while driving operational excellence throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the Group's finance function across multiple Caribbean markets.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to support continued growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, risk management, compliance, and governance.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
- Deliver commercial insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
- Support acquisitions, capital projects, financing initiatives, and strategic transactions.
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure best-in-class financial governance.
Candidate Profile
- CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven experience leading finance within a multi-entity, manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, industrial, or regional business environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence business strategy.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading high-performing teams.
- Previous Caribbean, international, emerging markets, or multi-jurisdictional experience would be advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of US$120,000 – US$130,000.
