. The purpose of the CFO role is to strategically position the company for long-term growth and to deliver value to the shareholder. The CFO will be responsible for the conceptualization, development, and implementation of the financial strategy, governance framework, and financial management systems.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Managing 17 employees within Finance, IT, Procurement, and Stores departments
Managing cash flow, financial reporting, financial operations, governance, and controls
Minimum qualifications and experience:
57 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or defence industries
Knowledge of IT systems such as Syspro
Management of procurement and warehousing
Management of accounting systems
