Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Johannesburg.
This role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations, drive growth, and shape the company’s financial strategy. As the CFO, you report directly to the CEO, overseeing accounting, payroll, financial planning, and capital raising while optimising processes in afast-paced,innovativeenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all finance and accounting operations, including payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Oversee and optimise affiliate payment structures and financial workflows for a high-growth online business.
Drive business planning and capital-raising initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
Collaborate withleadershipto influence key financial decisions and fuelcompany growth.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Qualified CA(SA)
+5-7 years of financial management experience, preferably in theeducationor non-profit sector
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS compliance
Provenleadership, team management, and effective stakeholdercommunication skills.
Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience is beneficial.
Detail-oriented and analytical with strong report-writing abilities.
Salary:
R – R / year CTC depending on the candidate’s experience
