Our client is looking for a motivated Breakfast Chef de Partie to take full responsibility for the breakfast service.
You will handle mise en place, cooking, and plating for a variety of hot and cold dishes, ensuring the breakfast experience sets the tone for guests’ day.
You’ll be expected to work independently, maintain a clean and organised station, and assist in stock control and ordering.
Consistency and timing are crucial, as is a strong understanding of food safety.
2 years’ experience in a breakfast chef role
Good time management and ability to multitask
Strong understanding of breakfast menus and guest preferences
Professional and organised in kitchen conduct
Able to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
Between 1 – 3 Years
