We are searching for an energetic, creative cook to work for a business unit based in Oudtshoorn
Are you passionate about food, have excellent cooking skills and can put together winning menus? Can you work well under pressure, have an eye for detail and willing to go the extra mile? If so, this is the job for you.
Candidate Requirements
Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality. Culinary school diploma/degree preferable.
3+ years Chef experience within a medium to large corporate/hospitality company is essential;
Management experience advantageous.
Ability to work flexible hours (Shift: 07h00 – 18h00);
Neat and presentable;
Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
