Full Job Description
Overall objective of Job Function
· Responsible directly for overseeing and coordinating the canteen operations.
· Responsible for all food production in canteen
· Is required to contribute, co-ordinate and develop all Food related issues and projects as required and assigned by the Senior Catering Manager
Requirements/Education:
· Grade 12 or equivalent
· Accommodation Certificate/ Hotel School diploma is advantageous
Work experience:
· Previous experience in the same or similar position
· Familiar with all duties and procedures in a restaurant Environment
· MS Office (Word, Excel and Email) is essential

Pay: R10Â 000,00 – R12Â 000,00 per month
