About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Chat Manager to oversee and support our team of chatters. The ideal candidate will ensure quality communication, maintain protocol compliance, and provide training for new and existing team members. This role also includes developing new protocols to improve workflow, engagement, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily chat activity across platforms

Train new chatters according to company protocols

Ensure quality control and consistent tone/voice

Track performance metrics and team data

Intervene and provide support in real-time when necessary

Develop and implement new chat protocols as needed

Submit reports and insights to improve team performance

Collaborate with leadership to optimize operations

Requirements

Proven experience in management or team leadership

Exceptional conversational English (written and verbal)

Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Drive

Skilled in performance tracking and real-time interruption when necessary

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in protocol development or process improvement is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Background in social media management, live chat, or customer service

Tech-savvy with fast adaptability to digital tools

Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
