The Role
We’re looking for more than a traditional CA – we need a strategic thinker who will:
– Drive business growth through financialleadershipandstrategic planning
– Partner with our coaching team to develop and implement business strategies
– Identify opportunities for revenueoptimizationand business development
– Lead and mentor team members to enhance operational efficiency
– Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives with financial insights and ROI analysis
The Ideal Candidate
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA)
– 5+ years of experience, with demonstrated business acumen
-Proven track recordin business development or sales
– Experience instrategic planningandteam leadership
-Strongcommunicationskillsand ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
-Entrepreneurialmindset with a passion for business growth
