- Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings;
- Overseeing daily activities and coordinating the team’s workload to meet production targets.
- Training, mentoring and evaluating team member skills and performance, fostering
a positive and productive work environment. - Identification and resolving any issues arising during fabrication process, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including production schedules
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work long hours and under pressure.
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with team
members and other team members). - Minimum of 5 years experience van bodies, drop sides, curtain sides and tippers.
- Experience in paint work as an advantage.
