We’re looking for a seasoned Change Manager to join us on a 12-month contract based in Johannesburg, with an immediate focus on supporting major SAP migration programs. This is a key opportunity to embed directly into strategic IT initiatives and play a leading role in one of the organization’s most significant digital transformations.
As a Change Manager, you’ll bring structure, strategy, and empathy to transformational initiatives by delivering on key service areas:
1. Change Planning & Strategy
Develop tailored change strategies that align with business goals
Drive adoption across technology and business teams
2. Stakeholder Management
Map and manage stakeholders with precision
Serve as a trusted advisor between leadership, teams, and clients
3. Risk & Impact Assessment
Evaluate change impacts on people, processes, and platforms
Mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
4. Communication & Training
Craft compelling communications and training plans
Deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right time
5. Implementation & Support
Support business units and IT teams through change
Solve real-time adoption issues and reinforce new ways of working
6. Monitoring & Feedback
Leverage KPIs, surveys, and feedback to measure success
Iterate and improve based on insight-driven decisions
7. Change Culture Development
Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability
Champion change readiness at all levels
8. Documentation & Reporting
Keep leadership informed with accurate records and insightful reports
9. Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with IT, HR, and business units to ensure alignment
Drive integration across cross-functional teams
We’re Looking for Change Leaders Who Can:
Demonstrate successful delivery of enterprise IT change, with strong experience in SAP migrations
Operate with frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, or similar
Apply structured stakeholder engagement models
Build and execute communication and training strategies that drive adoption
