Purpose of the Job:
To make sure that finance is viewed as a business partner that adds value (clients, property management, and business tenants).
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in the property / centre management industry.
A Business (marketing) or a property related tertiary qualification – Essential
Retail experience essential.
Property / Centre Management industry (advanced)

Budgeting:
Income & Expense Control
Liaison (tenants, clients, brokers, public & community)
Retail Management & Tenant Turnover Performance Evaluation
