Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience working in all kitchen departments, including hot, cold, and pastry sections.
Strong focus on the hot section
, but must be flexible to handle the cold and pastry sections as needed, especially when other staff are on leave.
A team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine in a dynamic setting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
