Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily catering activities and staff Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Manage event setup, service, and breakdown efficiently Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction Train, motivate, and support catering team members Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or food service (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Completed National Senior Certificate
- Relevant qualification in hospitality (advantageous)
