An excellent opportunity exists with our client who seeks to appoint a Category Data Analyst to join their team. This role will provide assistance through analysis and insights for budgets, 5-year brand plans, monthly / quarterly / annual reports (Brands, Segments, Customers, Total Market), review SKU efficiency, pricing strategy, and the evaluation of marketing and promotional activities.
The successful incumbent should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience within the FMCG industry, with MS Office skills being essential. Data Analytics experience is preferable (Data Orbis / Nielsen / Aztec). Matric with a related degree in Marketing Management and a valid unendorsed SA driver’s license is needed.
Must be an independent and motivated self-starter with good energy and drive, who is able to work in a high-pressured, fast-moving environment.
